Leita came to the Vanderschuit Lamb PWM team in July 2020 with 30+ years in client services including 14 years of entrepreneurial (owner/manager) experience.

Leita's official title on the team is Executive Assistant, we like to view her as our client care specialist. Leita approaches every client interaction with the goal of providing exceptional service while building strong relationships. where she strives to provide efficient and friendly assistance. Whether she is booking review meetings with clients, updating personal information and or assisting with any questions or concerns any clients may have. She's 100% focused on providing customer satisfaction and a sense of care for every client inquiry.

Leita proudly lives in Onanole, Manitoba, with her husband Raymond and dog Mocha.
